Job Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager
H&C Solutions are proudly recruiting for an exclusive neighbourhood restaurant and cocktail bar near St Katherines Dock (E1). The restaurant oozes style and elegance. Every fixture and piece of furniture within the restaurant, bar, and private dining room is hand-picked, creating a unique dining experience for their guests. The restaurant is hugely successful with predominantly neighbourhood, repeat custom.
Assistant Restaurant Manager Benefits:
Managing 3 to 4 waiters covering 4 tables each.
Award-winning neighbourhood restaurant.
180 covers per day, 240/400 covers during the weekend.
£40,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
45/48 hours per week over 4 days.

Assistant Restaurant Manager Requirements:
An experienced and passionate Floor Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager with a proven employment history in reputable guest-led operations.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience working within a similar style operation – fine dining/British cuisine.
The ideal candidate will need to be organised, self-motivated, and available to work varied shifts (lunch or dinner).
