What you will do:
Lead from the front
Work closely with the GM
Let your infectious personality motivate the team around you
Conduct FOH & BOH to create a seamless experience for guests
Look after up to 8 team members
Care & attention for all that you prepare for the guests
Maintain high standards and knowledge of H&S
