Assistant Manager - The role As Assistant Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the daily operations of their city centre building, ensuring everything runs smoothly while delivering an outstanding experience for residents and team members alike. Assistant Manager - Key responsibilities Managing day-to-day building operations as part of a collaborative management team. Leading, inspiring, and developing a high-performing team with a strong focus on people development and engagement. Overseeing health and safety compliance and maintaining the highest operational standards. Driving exceptional customer service to foster an engaging, community-focused environment. Organising and delivering exciting events to enhance resident satisfaction and create memorable moments.
