As the Assistant Night Manager, you will be responsible for the operation of the hotel overnight and for the security and safety of all our guests. You will be working with a very dynamic Front Office team who are fully committed to providing the best possible service to all our guests. Within the role, you will check in late arrivals, assist guests with service requests, perform the night audit, prepare reports for the finance teams, and conduct fire safety and security patrols of the entire hotel.
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Night Manager who has worked previously in a 4 or 5 luxury hotel with a passion for guest service. You will have a positive can-do attitude, be self-motivated, have great attention to detail, and be committed to providing outstanding service to guests.
The Gainsborough Bath Spa was originally built in the 1800s, and the hotel occupies two Grade II Listed buildings with distinguished Georgian and Victorian façades in the heart of the World Heritage Site.
