About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen in our award-winning Food and Beverage Team, as we are currently recruiting an Assistant Bar Manager. Supporting our Bar Manager, this role is responsible for providing an exceptional dining and beverage experience to our guests. Duties and Responsibilities Maintaining standards and operating procedures Ensuring all service and bar processes are followed Support and coach direct reports effectively Resolving any guest complaints satisfactorily Forecasting for staffing requirements Maintaining high standards of performance Drive the success of our Food and Beverage Team through identifying continuous improvement areas About You You will be an enthusiastic and motivated individual who prides themselves on delivering exceptional customer service. A track record of supporting and motivating a team is essential. Ideally, you will have relevant working experience within a four or five-star property and be a Personal License Holder, or be willing to gain this within your first three months of employment. Strong knowledge of Whiskies is preferred for this position. This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week, over a flexible shift pattern including weekends.
