Overview: As an assistant partnership manager (APM), you'll play a pivotal role in our partnerships, ensuring seamless management and successful outcomes. You'll be integral in fostering strong client and partner relationships, driving innovative strategies and delivering exceptional results. Key Responsibilities: Comprehensive Partnership Support: Assist in overseeing the lifecycle of partnerships, from initiation through execution, ensuring all aspects are managed effectively. Client and Partner Engagement: Act as a primary point of contact for assigned clients and partners, maintaining positive relationships and addressing needs proactively. Project Management: Manage multiple projects concurrently, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure deadlines and objectives are met. Campaign Management: Maintain detailed campaign decks and records of marketing assets, supporting the development and execution of partnership initiatives. Ideation and Pitching: Contribute to brainstorming sessions and help identify potential brand partners, supporting the pitching process with innovative ideas. Performance Analysis: Utilise internal tools to forecast, measure, and report on the effectiveness of partnerships, ensuring alignment with KPIs. Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends relevant to our clients, leveraging insights to optimize partnership strategies. Key Success Criteria: Achievement of Objectives: Meet or exceed partnership KPIs and objectives set forth for each collaboration. Established Credibility: Build and maintain business credibility with clients and partners through effective communication and delivery. Client and Partner Satisfaction: Earn recognition as an effective and responsive Assistant Partnership Manager, receiving positive feedback on quality and timeliness of deliverables. Industry Expertise: Develop a reputation as a partnership marketing expert within the field. Team Collaboration: Contribute positively to team dynamics, serving as a reliable teammate and ambassador for Miai. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in agency or client-side roles, preferably within the entertainment sector. Salary (annual) £25-£30K depending on experience Contract Type: Permanent Key Skills: Organisational Excellence: Strong project management skills with a knack for multitasking and prioritising effectively. Innovative Thinking: Forward-thinking mindset with the ability to generate creative ideas that drive successful collaborations. Problem-Solving: Proficient troubleshooter capable of identifying and implementing win-win solutions for clients and partners. Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adept at fostering collaboration across teams and stakeholders. Marketing Expertise: Understanding of various consumer marketing disciplines, including social media, digital marketing, and retail execution. Passion for Technology and Gaming: Enthusiasm for technology and gaming across different platforms.
