Assistant Pastor (for Youth, Children and Families OR Outreach)
We’re looking for a servant-hearted Christian man to join us as assistant pastor. You’ll be able to preach and pick up at least one other area of focus such as youth, children and families or growing our confidence and effectiveness in our outreach. You’ll be excited about the local church and Bethel’s vision in particular. We’re more interested in your character, gifts and fit with Bethel than in covering specific tasks. Talk to us! in Jesus. This is a permanent full-time post but we may consider a part-time role. It may suit a youth worker looking for a change. Theological training is desirable, but not essential. There is an occupational requirement for candidates to be practicing Christians. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and will need an enhanced DBS check.
