- Process BACs payments and manage payroll queries

- Guide and support junior team members (Assistant Manager level)

About You:
We’re seeking candidates with:
- 2+ years of end-to-end payroll experience
- Deep knowledge of payroll legislation (auto-enrolment, HMRC, statutory payments)
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities
- Confidence in client and third-party interactions
- Full UK driving license and own transport
Bonus Qualifications:
- CIPP certificate or foundation degree in payroll management
- Background in UK practice or professional services
- Familiarity with payroll software (Star/IRIS, Sage, HMRC Basic Tools)
- Experience with BACs processing and client onboarding
