This role is known for

ensuring completeness and compliance of Cluster Portfolio Specification Data. This person is the point of contact for all technical data enquiries in their cluster and is responsible for planning and implementing work programmes to ensure data accuracy and best practice. This person also possesses the ability to provide insightful reports and to support our compliance according to Nomad Foods internal and external certification body standards. The person will monitor workload and resources within their cluster responsibility and flag any business critical challenges. We need someone

who is data driven and has strong attention to detail. Someone who is organised, can stay calm under pressure and is able to manage multiple tasks in parallel as well as the ability to manage own workload remote from line manager. Someone who can work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment across a wide product portfolio. Willingness to work in cross functional teams and capable of building strong networks outside the team. Responsibilities

Technical Data Management: Tracks and maintains Cluster Technical Data. Ensures full specification completeness, and identifies actions for cluster RDQ teams to maintain compliance/completeness Ensures technically correct specifications to Nomad standards & local regulations are in place for full product portfolio and that these are regularly maintained Supports with tracking cluster workload & resources to achieve technical data requirements Manages obsolete data and specifications Data Tracking and Analysis: Supports data analysis for building a comprehensive product database of key parameters and to support required non-financial reporting Reports on portfolio specification availability and compliance Finds solutions to ad-hoc problems and supports data audits Supports Expertise RDQ with reporting such as salt/sugar, HMC/HFSS and NPL reporting Training and Knowledge Sharing: Actively builds strong relationships across RDQ and other functions, acts as a local expert for specification/technical data questions and issues Supports the planning and execution of training and knowledge sharing Supports reviewing of policies and procedures, benchmarking, and improvement plans aligned with Nomad's strategy Supports implementation of procedures and localizes training materials Qualifications

Food relevant or science degree 1 year experience within the food/drink industry in a technical / product development role Proficient Excel and analytical skills Proficient English skills Basic knowledge of at least one specification system or data analysis tool Minimum 1 key language spoken in cluster
