Monday - Friday The Job: We are seeking an Assistant Farm Manager to support and act as deputy to the Farm Manager at one of our breeder farms. In this role, you will be hands-on with farm operations, overseeing bird welfare, farm administration, equipment management, and coordination with site contractors. The ideal candidate is passionate about agriculture and skilled in effectively managing daily farm activities.
Oversee and guide farm staff, ensuring a productive and supportive environment Maintain high standards of bird welfare at all times Conduct daily monitoring and record-keeping as required The Candidate:
Strong attention to detail Excellent time management abilities Proficiency in basic computer applications Prior experience in the poultry industry is essential NVQ Level 2 in Poultry Production or equivalent The Package:
