Adhering to policies and procedures to provide a comprehensive and high-quality service. Efficiently handling patient and staff inquiries with courtesy. Demonstrating expertise in admission avoidance and effectively liaising with teams across the Health and Social Care sector . Utilising essential skills such as typing, task prioritization, time management, IT proficiency, and clinical management to support referral processes . Exhibiting excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Managing data effectively and providing occasional rostering support. Navigating and working with MY CARE/Epic systems to enhance operational efficiency. Main duties of the job

As a key member of the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, you will be joining an exceptional team working together to help our patients stay healthy when they need it most. Job responsibilities
