Supporting the delivery of to schedule, agreed budget and quality requirements of the project deliverables (or part of), usually via a multi-functional Integrated Project Team (IPT). Supporting the delivery of their area/scope of work in analysing, progress chasing or providing underpinning or summary analysis to support informed decision making. Supporting the exchanges of relevant and timely information to support successful delivery. Supporting in the capture, analysis, and testing of the documented stakeholder statements via requirements capture, configuration control and validation/verification. Supporting in the determination of the optimum solution through optioneering and problem solving to satisfy agreed requirements, by using all the available tools and resources. Supporting the PM/SPM at the Project Performance Accountability Meetings with the IPT to ensure the delivery of accurate and timely Project Reports to required high quality. Supporting the PM/SPM in monitoring and holding Leads to account for actual and forecast progress. Supporting the IPT to establish a fully costed schedule of work against a scope-based schedule baseline. Supporting Risk, Issues and Opportunity management, proactively and continually contributing to their identification and utilising the tools and systems to ensure they are constantly re-evaluated and mitigated.
