Assistant Property Manager

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for property management and delivering excellent customer service? We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our team in Redhill. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, a customer-focused mindset, and ideally experience in residential property viewings. As an integral part of our team, you’ll support the management of a modern, build-to-rent property portfolio and help create a first-class living experience for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Be the main point of contact for residents, handling queries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive resident experience.
  • Viewings and Leasing: Coordinate and conduct property viewings for prospective tenants, providing information on our build-to-rent properties and leasing terms.
  • Administrative Support: Manage administrative tasks, including lease processing, renewals, and move-in/out paperwork, ensuring records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Resident Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding of new residents, ensuring all documents are processed efficiently and their move-in experience is seamless.
  • Property Inspections: Carry out regular property inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained, and report any issues to the Property Manager.
  • Coordination with Maintenance Teams: Work closely with our maintenance teams to arrange repairs and manage work orders, ensuring timely resolution of resident requests.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in a similar property management or administrative role is desirable but not essential, ideally within build-to-rent or residential property sectors.
  • Excellent Communication Skills with a strong customer focus, able to effectively address resident queries and build positive relationships.
  • Strong Organizational Abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with property management software is a plus.

What We Offer

  • A dynamic, supportive work environment within a growing build-to-rent company.
  • Opportunities for career development and training.
  • A competitive salary and benefits package.

Working hours: Monday – Friday. Occasional hours on a Saturday might be required for a move in or viewing, but will be given back as a whole weekday in lieu.

If you're passionate about property management and delivering excellent customer experiences, we’d love to hear from you. Apply now to become a valued part of our team!
