We are looking for a passionate and career-driven Assistant Property Manager to join our award-winning team in Cambridge. As part of our customer focused team, you will be helping Encore to provide a first class service to our residents. This is a key role in our estate management team. You will work in partnership with the Estate Managers to ensure we consistently deliver a high standard of performance (achieving our KPIs) and to achieve customer satisfaction. The role has 2 key parts: performing frontline communication with our customers (e.g., resolving day-to-day queries and sending correspondence) and reactive maintenance management. This role is offered on a full-time basis working 37.5 hours per week. The role is based at our Cambridge office with 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home.
