Fixed Term, Term-Time only (41 weeks) About the role Does joining an evidence-based provision where quality and Neuro affirming best practice is delivered, if so, we are looking for an Assistant Psychologist to join our clinical team. This exciting role will involve working under the supervision of a psychologist to carry out tasks that will involve group work, 1:1 work, research, audit and evaluation. Our well-established teams within OFG, maintain a nurturing and supportive environment where the pupils in our care can flourish, always putting them at the forefront of everything they do. All our settings maintain a strong safeguarding culture, and our pupils are heard, respected and involved in decisions that affect them wherever possible. When it comes to looking after the people in our care we strive for excellence. Psychology degree (2:1 or above) Relevant experience of working with children and young people First-hand experience of a range of research methods First-hand experience of quantitative and qualitative research, including different methods of data collection, research designs, analysis and final report writing Experience of working as part of a multi-disciplinary team Experience of teaching and/or supporting of other health professionals Driving license and access to own vehicle Experience or knowledge of relevant client group (service specific)
