About the Project: This once-in-a-lifetime project, delivered in partnership with heritage authorities, involves the meticulous restoration of Grade II and Grade II listed properties and outbuildings*. The Role: As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you'll:
* Assist in managing costs across various packages of work.
* Support the preparation of valuations, variations, and cost reporting.
* Gain exposure to contract administration and work alongside senior team members to manage subcontractor accounts.
* Play an integral role in ensuring the project remains on budget and delivered to the highest standard.
What We're Looking For:
* Some experience working as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally with exposure to heritage or high-end projects (though not essential).
* A keen eye for detail and a proactive attitude.
* Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and the wider project team.
* A passion for quality and delivering results on time and within budget.
