£35,000 - £45,000 (Negotiable) plus car allowance, mileage expenses, private healthcare, 26 days holiday, opportunity for progression THE COMPANY Our Client are a multi award winning Tier 1 Contractor, with a massive presence Nationwide, working across sectors to include Commercial, Education Healthcare, Residential, MOJ and Retail. THE JOB An exciting Assistant Quantity Surveyor position working on projects from £10-£150million, you will be reporting into a site based Senior Quantity Surveyor, with day to day duties to include the following: Assisting the site based Senior Quantity Surveyor Regular travel to site with local office Deal with valuations & payment notices. Provide a detailed cost budget plan and share with the site team. Maintain schedules of quantities and price them for the prime cost budget. Prepare estimates of all costs including sub-contractors & materials.
