An established, regional developer with offices in Cambridgeshire is looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to initially support multiple major private and landmark schemes across the region. The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be supporting the Commercial Manager, Commercial Director, Quantity Surveyors, and wider team on residential schemes valued over £10m. If you are successful in your application, as Assistant Quantity Surveyor you will become an integral member of a dynamic operations team within a company that offers a generous package, a close-knit team, and the opportunity to work on unique, high-value projects, as well as a long-term path to moving into a more Senior role. Requirements for this Assistant Quantity Surveyor position

Previous experience working as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor Quantity Surveying degree preferred Ideally have experience working on residential construction projects Experience working on projects valued £10m+ Full UK Driving License and own car preferred You must be personable, articulate, and confident to liaise with stakeholders at all levels Package for this Assistant Quantity Surveyor position
