Assistant Quantity Surveyor

to support their team. They are committed to nurturing talent and providing comprehensive training to help you grow into the role. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the Commercial Manager on a variety of fit-out projects. Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial reporting for ongoing projects. Support the preparation of tender documents, contracts, and bills of quantities. Monitor project costs, variations, and valuations. Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to gather cost data and ensure project efficiency. Help to manage project budgets and contribute to financial decision-making. Assist with post-contract activities such as valuations and final account preparation. About You: Ideally, a degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. Some experience or knowledge of quantity surveying, especially in fit-out or construction projects (internships or work placements will be considered). Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and organisational abilities. A proactive attitude with a desire to learn and develop professionally.
