Role & Responsibilities: As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you’ll work closely with the project and commercial teams to manage costs and ensure financial efficiency. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with cost planning, forecasting, and management. Preparing and reviewing contracts, variations, and valuations. Managing procurement processes and liaising with suppliers and subcontractors. Contributing to project cost reporting and providing support to the Senior Quantity Surveyor. What We’re Looking For: Experience:
Prior experience in Quantity Surveying, ideally with exposure to large-scale construction projects. Qualifications:
A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. Skills:
Strong numerical and analytical abilities, excellent communication, and attention to detail. Ambition:
