to join their energetic Colchester team. The Role: Assistant Quantity Surveyor Step into a consultancy renowned for its integrated design and technical expertise, working across an impressive variety of sectors, including
defence, education, healthcare, commercial, and residential projects . Projects range from £500k to £15m, ensuring every day brings something exciting and different. As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a vital role in managing project costs from inception to completion. Your work will span budgeting, cost planning, procurement, financial control, and final account settlements—all while being mentored by Senior Quantity Surveyors to grow your skills and confidence. construction-related RICS-accredited degree . Ideally
1-2+ years' experience
with a UK PQS/Consultancy. Basic
pre- and post-contract knowledge . A strong desire to work toward
APC and MRICS accreditation . A team player with a drive to excel in a supportive and dynamic environment.
