are recruiting an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work on various commercial fit out projects in Dundonald, Northern Ireland.
Remuneration: c£30,000 - £40,000 + package
Client: Our client is a leading interior fit-out contractor that have been operating for over 50 years. They specialise in creating outstanding interior fit-outs for the commercial, hospitality and retail sectors. The company take pride in creating bespoke solutions for their clients and due to the quality of their work win a lot of repeat business.
The company are going through a period of growth and due to an increase in workload they have an excellent opportunity for an up and coming Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis, based in their offices in Dundonald.
This is a great opportunity to join a busy main contractor and accelerate your career in a fast paced environment, working within a strong commercial team.
The Ideal Person: Degree qualified or other relevant qualifications Track record working for a reputable Main Contractor Ideally have some experience working on commercial fit-out and / or refurbishment projects Good commercial skills and awareness Strong numerical, IT and problem-solving skills Good communication & negotiation skills
