SALARY: Up to £24000 per annum 31 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays Company vehicle Company pension (3% employer contribution) Employee Referral Scheme (£500 per hire) Uniform, all PPE, tools and ongoing training provided Travel Time Scheme Goals and Objectives: To manage the commercial aspects of a portfolio of design and build projects of a gross value of circa £500k to £4 million working predominantly with Major Projects team. The candidate will be expected to regularly work from site. Responsibilities: Administration of the Main Contract(s) including assisting with Project Control information, Change Management and cash collection. Administration of the Subcontract Agreements holistically under the portfolio, including execution of the project subcontract strategy. Assist with providing an advisory service regarding various standard forms of agreement (including JCT, NEC etc.) to ensure that best practices are adopted and implemented throughout the project life span including inception, delivery and close out. Experience: Experience of working within a similar role would be ideal. Ensure adherence to all Company Policies and Procedures. To be fully conversant and compliant with all Environmental Health and Safety procedures.
