Assistant Quantity Surveyor - High End Residential - Surrey

A unique opportunity to join a leading high-end residential construction main contractor and work on a super prime project in Surrey. The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will work alongside the Senior QS for a high net worth client on a luxury project.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the management of the project budget and costs. Prepare and submit tender documentation. Collaborate with the Senior QS to ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations. Monitor project progress and report on financial performance.

Minimum Requirements: Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related field. Experience in JCT main contracting projects. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The role is site-based in Surrey full time.

Salary and package negotiable based on experience.
