Having a number of live sites across Devon, the company is actively looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team to support a Senior Surveyor while developing your own experience and career on an exciting new residential development in the area.
As the Assistant QS on site, you will be required to undertake commercial duties for the scheme including: Procurement Measurements Agreeing payments Assisting with final accounts Reporting
Applicants should possess: Previous experience in a Commercial Assistant/Trainee OR Assistant Quantity Surveying role Construction related experience - ideally housebuilding Excellent communication and numeracy skills A good understanding and general interest in construction A min HNC level qualification in Construction or related subject A desire to build on your experience and progress Fully IT literate
