Key Essentials:
As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor you will be working alongside a Senior Q.S
Assisting in the production of work packs. This will involve developing a basic knowledge of bills of quantities
Provision of subcontractor contracts
Reconciliation of subcontractor accounts
Compiling weekly and monthly valuations of works completed
Collecting and providing records to substantiate completed works
Requirements:
Ideally qualified in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying
Previous experience as an Assistant Q.S
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
