Assistant Quantity Surveyor | High-End Residential | Brentford
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 Location: Brentford Region: London I have an opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor for a well-established High-End Residential Building Company in Brentford, West London. The company has been operating since 1992 and has a strong reputation in the High-End market. They specialize in high-end, super prime, and bespoke projects that are quality-focused. Their projects range from £500,000 – £1m. They work on a variety of different builds such as Lateral Apartments, Restored Historic Structures, Contemporary Houses, and Country Estates for a mixture of different clients within the private and public sectors. You will be reporting directly to the Senior Quantity Surveyor and Design Team. Experience: Degree qualified Minimum 2 years experience Experience working for a Contractor or Consultancy Able to commute to Oxford Circus, Central London Completed Quantity Surveyor Degree Experience working on high-end projects (preferable) Duties: Month End invoicing Report Month end Labour vs Invoicing Managing Daily / Weekly labour margins Picking up and pricing variations to contract Weekly wages Maintaining customer credit accounts – ensuring balances are paid Excellent Package & Benefits and overall opening a new door in your career with a well-known Developer who is comfortable progressing an individual if performance is to a high standard.
