Build and maintain strong relationships with Clients, In-house Teams, and Subcontractors. Cost control, management of projects, and internal cost reporting. Submission of monthly valuations and produce cash flow forecasts. Prepare and manage Subcontractor and Supplier accounts. About You:
Excellent numeracy skills, IT skills with competencies in Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience within a similar role and a construction-related qualification. Practical knowledge of quantity surveying procedures and commercial awareness. Willing to undertake additional training as and where required. Understand the implications of decisions on the financial objectives and value of the company. The ability to work to tight deadlines, under pressure. Benefits:
