As a Graduate / Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will: Assist with cost planning, procurement, and financial management on a variety of construction projects. Prepare and evaluate tender documents, contracts, and project costings. Support the team in project monitoring, valuations, and final accounts. Collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver projects efficiently and within budget. Gain exposure to specialist surveying services, including rights of light and party wall matters. The ideal applicant will possess the following skills and experience; Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Ideally, working towards your Assessment of ProfessionalCompetence (APC) to become a Chartered Surveyor (RICS), though this is not essential. A keen eye for detail, strong numerical skills, and the ability to manage competing deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
