A young, sociable Quantity Surveying and Project Management consultancy is seeking a bright and enthusiastic Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join its Nottingham practice.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor's Role The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will work within a team of Quantity Surveyors who work across an impressive portfolio of work including:
High end residential refurbishment - acting as a Quantity Surveyor and Contract Administrator School extension - up to £10m Commercial spaces
The new Assistant Quantity Surveyor will also undertake pre and post cost management services under the supervision of a director.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor Completed a construction related degree 18+ months, UK quantity surveying experience Pre and/or post contract experience Previous experience within a cost management / cost consultancy practice A proactive and inquisitive nature Driving license
