Providing full Quantity Surveying services; including cost planning, procurement advice, cost reporting and value engineering. Ensuring that projects are delivered within budget and time. Developing and maintaining cost plans and cash flow forecasts. Conducting cost and value analysis including cost risk analysis and providing recommendations to the client. Requirements of the Quantity Surveyor:
Degree qualified in a relevant discipline. Experience working on infrastructure projects. NEC contract experience. Strong financial management and analytical skills.
