Assistant Quantity Surveyor The Role Our client is looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial division, managing and supporting a new build apartment block £10M+. Their site is based in Berkshire and their office in West London. They are asking for a split of 3 days on site and 2 days in the office. Some of the responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Preparation of accurate cashflow and cost value reconciliation reports Procuring Sub-contractors to meet budget requirements Maintaining and building relationships with clients Producing monthly variations About You You MUST have Residential experience, ideally working on high end and bespoke units. Due to the location of the role, you will be ideally situated in Berkshire or West London. Ideally, you will have 3+ years post qualification experience. They are looking for someone who is self-motivated, enthusiastic about Surveying, and has a strong and stable CV (not a job hopper!).
