Assistant Quantity Surveyor The Role Our client is looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to assist their current Commercial division, managing and supporting Fit-Out projects up to £5 million in value. The role will involve visits to sites for pricing, and projects will be located across London. Responsibilities: Preparation of accurate cashflow and cost value reconciliation reports Procuring Sub-contractors to meet budget requirements Maintaining and building relationships with clients Produce monthly variations About You Due to the location of the role, you must be ideally situated close to Kent with good transport links into London for site visits. Ideally you will have 4+ years post qualification experience. They are looking for someone who is self-motivated, enthusiastic about Surveying and has a strong and stable CV (not a job hopper!).
