A loyal client to Sphere is looking to appoint an Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor for a flagship scheme in Exeter (£260M).
Your new company is a large National Main Contractor, one of the UK's leading Construction and Property Development businesses.
My client has entered into a PCSA for the largest Passivhaus scheme in the Student Accommodation sector. It will consist of 1,700 new build units and the refurbishment of 300 existing units. Buildings will range in height from 3 to 8 storeys. My client is looking to start construction in July 2025.
The ideal candidate will have good Main Contractor experience with Tier 1 contractors. You should have a degree qualification and be able to commute to both Bristol and Exeter. You will be based in the Bristol office for the duration of the PCSA and then site-based in Exeter upon commencement of the build.
