Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor: Quantity Surveyor Up to £50,000 p.a plus benefits Car Allowance / Company Car An opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor to join a Kettering based Groundworks Business to operate within their small commercial team. The client, with an annual turnover of £12m, is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor to help expand the business. The successful candidate will work closely with the Managing Director to integrate them into the commercial team and progress their career with a family-run business. Duties:
Optimising contract profitability Provide quotations to clients for variations Comprehensive understanding of Groundworks Accurate monthly cost and value reports All other daily tasks performed by an Assistant Quantity Surveyor Requirements:
NO experience as a Quantity Surveyor needed but is preferable. Time management skills and meeting deadlines Motivated to learn and progress their professional career An understanding of Microsoft packages e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
