Providing Commercial support to the Senior Surveying team, you'll be an asset to moving the repairs and refurbishments within the Social Housing sector forward. Responsibilities for Assistant Quantity Surveyor Working within the Quantity Surveying team to monitor and analyse the material and subcontractor spending for Social Housing projects. Support the Senior team by preparing and reporting the Cost Value Reconciliations, Cost Value Comparison and management accounts. Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors.
