We are working with a contractor based in Cheshire who are recruiting for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their business.
The organisation works on fit out and construction projects across the North West and has some schemes further afield. They offer full life cycle/turnkey projects within industrial, commercial, residential, fit out, and retail.
Projects range between 50k and 15m in value.
The position is for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor able to work on their own initiative. Responsibilities include: Working with clients Managing subcontractor payments Preparing bills of quantities Pricing and estimating Cost analysis Ensuring projects are on time and within budget
You will be provided with ongoing training and career development, which will be funded by the employer. There is an opportunity to work for an expanding commercial team and develop into a Senior Quantity Surveyor.
