Our client seeks an Assistant Quantity Surveyor. The successful applicant will assist in managing all aspects of cost control, procurement, and financial reporting. Working closely with experienced professionals, you'll contribute to budgeting, tendering, and subcontractor management while ensuring projects are completed efficiently and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing cost plans and valuations. Support procurement and management of subcontractor packages. Monitor project expenditure and variations. Maintain accurate financial records and reports. Liaise with site teams to ensure alignment on budgets and schedules.

What We're Looking For: Strong numeracy and analytical skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. A proactive approach to problem-solving. Previous experience in residential construction (advantageous but not essential).
