Located in Gants Hill, this role requires a hands-on approach to work, ensuring we deliver cost-effective facilities and maintenance services. You will be responsible when the Residence Manager is not on the property, ensuring all aspects of the residence continue running smoothly. Responsibilities

Reporting to the Residence Manager, here is a snapshot of what you will do: Use your upbeat, outgoing personality to lead, mentor and guide the team to ensure that the residence is running smoothly. Follow up on all sales opportunities and ensure the property is at capacity through short-term and long-term lets. Drive sales and marketing activities to ensure the residences are full and all marketing channels have been utilized to their full potential. Maintain exceptionally high standards in the overall presentation of the property through regular inspections and collaboration with the facilities team. Manage complaints and offer excellent customer service to your students. Maintain and develop relationships with key players at local universities, as well as internal and external suppliers. Ensure the smooth running of the operational calendar and student lifecycle from arrival, departure, and summer turnaround. Manage health and safety responsibilities as set out in Section 7 of the Health and Safety at Work Etc. Act 1974, ensuring care for yourself and those around you. Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build and maintain quality relationships. Passion for ensuring that students have the best experience of their lives while living with us. Demonstrates behaviors consistent with our values of integrity, commitment, and energy. Experience within a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a strong focus on sales and marketing. Preferred: A preferred qualification and/or willingness to undertake training for Carbon Literacy as our Pillars are a fundamental part of our brand. And the benefits?
