Apply now for the chance to join an incredible team! MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Lead 5 departments and conduct individual monthly check-ins with the 5 Senior Managers to review expectations, set directives, and determine strategy. Analyse store performance and set strategy along with the Store Manager to achieve store targets. Accountable for stock and loss prevention. Maintain close relationship with Head Office departments (Merchandising, Marketing, HR, Operation team) to discuss processes and improvements. Responsible for maintaining New Balance customer service models for a team of 65+, dealing with enquiries and complaints. Supervise new exclusives launches and VIP. In charge of all store operations duties and external contractors such as security guards, cleaners, etc. Held responsible for store structure and senior hiring process. Store responsibilities such as open/close, store emergency evacuation, and any other duties required by the business. Adhere to company's policies and procedures. Perform other duties as required by the business or Store Manager. REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

Team player. Proven experience in a supervisory or management position. Ability to lead and coach a team. Knowledge of retail KPIs. Previous experience in retail desirable. Demonstrate customer service skills. A passion for retail and sales. Desire to learn. Ability to perform basic maths and general retail operational processes. Understanding of POS register systems.
