As an
Assistant Risk Manager , you’ll support the Risk Lead and Risk Managers by: Assisting in the development and maintenance of
Programme Risk Registers . Supporting
Qualitative and Quantitative Risk Assessments (QRA)
using tools like Monte Carlo. Coordinating and facilitating
risk workshops
to capture and analyze project risks. Preparing and updating
risk reports
for key stakeholders. Collaborating with project teams to ensure risks are identified, managed, and mitigated effectively. Providing administrative support for risk management tools and processes. What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you’ll need: Risk Management Experience : 3+ years of experience in risk management, project controls, or related fields. Technical Skills : Familiarity with risk tools such as
Monte Carlo
and experience supporting
QSRA models . Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate risk documentation. Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written skills to convey risk information clearly and effectively. Desirable : Experience with project planning tools such as
P6
or
Microsoft Project
