We are looking for a passionate Assistant Direct Sales Manager to join our successful Sales Team at our show site in Wellingborough. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within our exciting and growing business and earn excellent bonus. As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Sales & Marketing Manager and internal sales team following up in-home sales appointments on the phone, dealing with queries from the field sales force and closing deals. You must have solid sales experience selling direct to consumers either over the phone or in person, and ideally in Home Improvements or a similar Industry. However we are really keen to speak to anyone who is driven to succeed, enjoys hitting targets and being on the phone driving sales. You will be: Taking calls from the field sales team and closing deals on the day using company promotions Managing customer walk-ins to the show site and arranging appointments/sales contracts Calling Quoted Customers within 48hrs and closing sales over the phone Negotiating Sales contracts and arranging Finance Agreements Monitoring the CRM system to ensure the sales team have updated regularly Assisting with training and developing the field sales team Shadowing the field appointments and feeding back to management Requirements

About You: Previous experience in direct to consumer sales required (B2C) Excited by being on the phone and closing deals Persuasive and direct communication A passion for sales, and the drive to make a difference in a fast-paced environment Eye for detail, professional and customer focused Self-motivated and able to manage own workload Contacting any cancellations and resurrecting them where possible Resolving Sales Queries and Held Orders to Successful conclusions Other information

The salary ranges from £30,000-£35,000 depending on experience, including uncapped commissions with an OTE of £43,000 - £50,000 a year. Available to work full time from our Wellingborough show site with weekend and evening work included (45 hours per week – times to be agreed). In return we offer: Competitive Basic Salary Realistic
