Key Responsibilities of an Assistant Service Manager

Support the Aftersales Manager in overseeing the daily running of the service department with a specific focus on front of house operations. Ensure high standards of customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and concerns. Assist in managing workflow and resources to maximise department efficiency. Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and customer satisfaction. Monitor and report on key performance metrics.
