Charity Retail Assistant Shop Manager

will join us on a

Part Time, Permanent

basis, working a contract of

21 hours

per week, earning a

salary of £13,005.72 annum / £11.91 an hour. About DEBRA We are a

– a painful genetic skin blistering condition which, in the worst cases, can be fatal. What we are looking for in our Charity Retail Assistant Shop Manager: You will be motivated and enthusiastic, with good customer service and retail administration skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure to meet targets and support the efficient running of our store in

Daventry. Your Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage both paid employees and volunteers Use visual merchandising talents to ensure the store is presented well and promotes commercial success Assist the Shop Manager in maximizing profit and hitting agreed targets and budgets Process and generate stock Deliver excellent Customer Service Why work for us here at DEBRA!
