We are currently seeking an Assistant Shop Manager for our Beeston Charity Shop on a part-time basis of 30 hours. You will assist in the management of one of Rainbows’ shops, deputising for the manager as necessary to achieve agreed income and profit levels by the efficient and effective management of staff, volunteers, premises, and stock. Your responsibilities include: Providing a high-quality retail service, supporting the manager to achieve agreed performance targets and standards. Ensuring exceptional customer care and maintaining a professional and enticing shop layout. Driving customer loyalty and ensuring the shop presents a professional public face of Rainbows Hospice on the high street. Working on a rota pattern which covers Monday to Sunday.
