“we are nice to people, and we make nice coffee” As an Assistant Shop Manager at Rosslyn, you’ll play a key role in the daily operations, reporting directly to and collaborating with the Shop Manager. This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll work within the shop team to ensure smooth service, uphold quality, and foster an environment where both the team and guests feel welcome and valued. We understand the importance of work-life balance. That’s why we offer evenings off, a 40-hour workweek, and shifts under 10 hours. Our shops operate Monday to Friday (06:00–18:00) and Saturdays (08:30–17:00), with flexible scheduling available. What you’ll do

Contribute to daily operations, maintaining efficiency and top-tier guest experience Uphold Rosslyn’s exceptional standards in hospitality and coffee Encourage open and effective communication to enhance teamwork Lead by example, mentoring and inspiring the team through Rosslyn’s core values Guide and train new hires, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and continuous skill development Stay informed on all coffee offerings, acting as a knowledgeable resource for guests and team members Oversee inventory and manage daily/weekly ordering Monitor and report on operational performance Rosslyn is a London Living Wage Employer, and we are proud to have received the Living Wage Champion Award in 2023.
