Our client is a well known and established Tier 1 Contractor specializing in New build Residential schemes across London and the south east.
Due to expansion, they have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to join the team on a large development in Hitchin, Hertfordshire.
Once completed, this scheme will consist of 580 new apartments across 7 Blocks ranging from 8-16 storeys.
Responsibilities:
- Internals from 1st fix to handover.
- Managing health and safety.
- Build strong relationships with the contractors on site to coordinate the individual trades to ensure they are meeting build targets.
- Working with customer care to ensure all customer journey plans are adhered to from start to finish.
- Working alongside NHBC to carry out plot inspections and key site.
- Mentoring and developing all trainees and apprentices across the site.
Key Attributes:
- Experienced Assistant Site Manager with a minimum of 3 years in Volume House Building.
- Fully conversant in NHBC standards.
- CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, Scaffold Inspection.
On offer is a basic salary of £45,000 - £50,000 plus car / allowance, pension, healthcare, 25 days leave, bonus.
