We’re looking for an Assistant Social Media Brand Manager to join our Marketing team. This role will work with the Senior Social Media Brand Manager to deliver our exciting and ambitious social share of voice and engagement growth plans via owned and earned channels. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage our Instagram and TikTok owned social platforms across our portfolio of brands, devising the right content plans and their deployment with our agency partners to drive reach, engagement & community growth in line with our business goals. Develop and manage best-in-class content calendars, aligning frequency & content optimization to the latest algorithm updates. Work closely with global, regional, and local teams to ensure maximization of global content toolkits. Work closely with agencies, brand teams, and external creators to brief, create, and execute. Ensure best-in-class community management of all platforms is delivered by our agencies. Deliver all monthly reporting on performance across owned and earned channels. Ensure all of our owned and earned plans harmonize and maximize the paid social activation plans. Ideate, brief, create, and implement social content to support our brand and customer calendars. Bring a competitive & trend-led view to how we develop and deliver our social content and community plans. Define, measure, and report on a monthly basis performance on social evergreen and campaign-based activity. Manage budgets agreed with the Brand Team. QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years experience of working in a social marketing role in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrable examples of successfully managing a range of social media channels and growing audiences & engagement. Demonstrate examples of best-in-class content creation. Proven ability to drive new ideas and plans through to completion. Able to spot and switch on trends. Creative and innovative thinker; brings the outside in and challenges the status quo. Analytical and data-driven; uses data insights to drive constant improvement. Experience of successfully delivering projects within cross-functional teams. Previous experience managing an agency is essential. A post-grad qualification in Digital Marketing would be a plus. Beauty experience preferred. EEO OPPORTUNITIES
