As the Assistant Spa Manager, you will: Support the Spa Manager in ensuring the smooth running of the treatment department. Provide effective professional management to your team regarding training, standards, and meeting sales targets. Ensure guest satisfaction is prioritized, with suitable guest schedules and extra care taken at all times. Assist in ensuring the team is trained to the highest standards and assist guests with any needs they may have. Maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness at all times. Support your team in achieving their retail and treatment sales targets as set. Qualifications
You will have: Previous experience as a Senior Spa Therapist. Experience in managing people. NVQ Level 2 and 3 or equivalent. Benefits
