We are so excited to be opening our first stores. About the role Our Assistant Managers form a duo with their Store Managers, driving a successful store through sales, KPIs, and people. You will be responsible for leading, developing, and inspiring your team in an environment where product knowledge is really important to our customers, who often have a real passion for the outdoors. They’ll expect us to have a great-looking store and a team that can deliver a high level of customer service, sharing their own passion and helping everyone enjoy the great outdoors. We’re all Brand Ambassadors here! About you We are looking for passionate and driven people from a similar work background. Retail Management experience is a must, organisational skills second to none, a commercial hero, and a flair for Visual Merchandising. We’d love you to maybe have some clothing experience, but it’s not essential; however, a hands-on and enthusiastic attitude is! Interested?
